“The competition is more strategic than you might think so have a strategy while also fostering relationships with other people. Social skills may get you further than intelligence in the competition.”

Puleng Motupa

Puleng Motupa, from Polokwane, is the founder of Motupa PJ Enterprise, which manufactures non-electric slower cookers.

“Be creative, never trust your teammates and don’t attach your happiness to the outcome.”

Bongani “Bobo” Moko

Bongani “Bobo” Moko runs Moko Design House in Tembisa, specialising in gender-neutral fashion and handcrafted leather accessories.

“Go for it! Be prepared to work hard, stay open to feedback and step outside of your comfort zone. Engen TMO will challenge you, but it’s also a great platform for growth, both personally and professionally. Make the most of every opportunity and stay true to your vision.”
